七日減醣餐D2
生理期走,早上7點多吃了一餐減醣餐,未排便。
水沒什麼喝到,倒是喝了大約500cc的黑咖啡。
現在接近中午11:30還未感到飢餓,喉嚨仍感覺有異物。
153.4 lb Lost so far: 15.7 lb.    Still to go: 34.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
