Well, i lost a little of the 3 pounds i gained. I was sure hoping to see more of a loss. I stopped eating the peanutbutter, limited my salt and increased my water. Maybe it will come off soon!
244.4 lb Lost so far: 7.6 lb.    Still to go: 59.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

The peanut butter is a hard one for me, too!!! I found a low-sugar one that is better, but it still has about 4C per 2 tbsp. That seems like a lot for just a little pleasure!!! Stick with it (funny to say that after a discussion of peanut butter!!!ha!)!! You will see results!

The important thing is that you stay on the plan and keep losing. Don't get frustrated with your body, it will drop the weight as it is able to as long as you treat it well. PB doesn't make me gain, but it prevents me from losing so I avoid it too. You are not alone.
