my husband is commenting that i look like i have lost weight and firming up in certain places..but the scale is not showing much significance..but i am trying to be patient with this and not go overboard..i know if i do, i'm afraid might slip the other way...

i lose about a pound every morning but then somehow at night it comes back..i know, i know..stop looking at the scale and smash away...!
130.0 lb Lost so far: 7.0 lb.    Still to go: 10.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 0.3 lb a week

You should weigh yourself only once a day. Also, I wouldn't focus on a pound or two because women fluctuate in water weight up to 4 pounds. Remember It's how you feel and not so much what the scale reads. Great job!

I would only weigh once a week, since it tends to be a lot less up and down. Such as weighing Saturday morning, right when you get up, and then every saturday, you weigh in. I tend to work harder for my goal, and I have less ups and downs. :)
