My all time low adult weight, so proud!

It’s been a trying difficult journey that can now never end. I have been exercising almost every day since the end of October 2019. I usually takeoff one day a week.

Good luck my fellow FatSecret fam!
182.5 lb Lost so far: 47.5 lb.    Still to go: 17.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
