My hormones took over and made me eat a Reeses chocolate pumpkin last night. I ate a couple other things as well and payed dearly for them on the toilet. Still lost a pound though and the only cheat I've had today is about 1/4-1/2 cup sunflower seeds. Not too shabby I think.
