My RDI was 1500 calories per day, but I've been taking in about 1200 between three meals and a snack everyday.

The hardest part is not eating at night three hours before bed. I tend to get the late night munchies. To combat this when I feel like I'm going to slip up, I drink a cup of hot chicken broth from bulion with some hot sauce mixed in. I know it's alot of salt, but I've been also drinking extra water to ofset the salt. I'll probably try switching to tea, but last nigh I was up what felt like every ten minutes to pee, so I don't know if that will work.

The other two habit I need to break are eating left-overs off my toddler's plate, and licking the spoon after applying spread or condiments to food. One thng at a time I guess LOL! I still lost aout 2 lbs in 5 days, so I'm happy right now. Only 43 more to go LOL!
156.6 lb Lost so far: 1.9 lb.    Still to go: 39.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
