it’s probably water weight from all the moving around you’ve been doing. Stay strong during thanksgiving and the numbers will go back down. 💪🏻💪🏻💪🏻

When I have too much salt or a little more carbs or dairy I gain water, when I work out and feel sore I also gain water. I know because I was eating the same diet so when there are fluctuations I can pinpoint the cause. You got this girl❣️

Always!!! Hope you have inspired us all, and hopefully we've made your day once or twice along this arduous journey we're on.

Remember your muscles while healing store fluids. They need that extra to heal. Adding extra or changing your exercise so your muscles are sore will add water weight that will soo drop off.

Nice to have a loss! I'm so impressed with all the standing and moving around you are doing. I am sitting or laying down so much of the day. I wouldn't worry too much about the rest of the gain coming off until Thanksgiving is over.

Thank you everyone - Jeannie, Chris, Princess, John, WFN, Liv, Fritzy & HCB. I'm talking it all out with myself a lot. I am trying to figure out why I got so focused on the scale. That's not a good thing for me with my eating disorder. I need to just remember to take it one meal at a time and see what happens. I know this sounds off the chart weird... I feel it myself while I'm typing it but that's because I've been toying with something in the background... gathering up photos of myself thru the years Up & Down the scale.

Hi. I've been following along. I am quite impressed with your NSV. I'm sorry the scale is acting crazy. If you say you didn't go off your WOE- why would anyone not believe it? Why lie when you would only be lying to yourself. It's tough to record weigh- ins when you are putting it out there for everyone. I always feel better with my gains knowing damn well that I'm doing my best and that includes when I am eating delicious food because that's what makes my WoE so easy. I hope that your daughter will spend time with you. It is hard for me to do much with my mom because she couldn't walk a lot or do a lot. Maybe seeing how well you got around will make it more likely to spend time doing more fun things together. I thought you looked adorable in your germ-filled parka. (I just got a call from work and now I have to cut this short) I think you are doing great! I hope you stick with it. The fact that you can walk that far makes me want to encourage you to do it more often to really get yourself healthy. Congrats on all you have accomplished! It's a lot! 💗 Sorry if typos- no time to reread! :P

Wow Princess - thank you. I really appreciate you taking the time to comment and support. I'm not sure if it's because I'm not a smoker or just years of short legs trying to 'keep up' but I actually out walk my daughter when I'm at this weight. They grabbed my shoulder two or three times Saturday and said, 'hey... where's the fire?'.

Thinking about that - now I am wondering if I have grown conditioned to using 'so much more energy' to walk when I'm heavier that it's 'muscle memory' when I'm lighter? That and they likely have slowed their gait to accommodate 'me' when I'm heavier & it catches them by surprise? Chicken & egg thing.
