I weighed in this morning at 187.8 lbs. YAY! I am making progress. So far this morning I have done 17 min. on the Wii Fit doing basic step and running the island lap for 10 minutes. I have found running around the living room instead of running in place helps keep a steadier pace and is easier to do. I burned 42% running. I finished up with 34 minutes total on the Wii doing 20 jacknifes, basic step again and boxing, beginner level and the next level up. I have more energy and love it!
