Weighed myself on the old scale - I will record this! I have been adding water to my daily routine because my horoscope said I am energized by water. Seems to help!
Everything seems to be going wrong but my friends are very supportive and are helping me get going again - plus daughter's birthday will be fun!
Hope you are having a good week - I have been watching what I eat, adding water, getting a little exercise each day (10 minutes). and the drop in weight, however odd and unexpected has really perked me up!
