午後 出遊一直走追逐姐的小孩
晚上 跟媽媽慢走運動
步數破一萬~難得

早 體重47.3 體脂21.4
晚 體重47.9 體脂19.5*回嘉體重計總是比較輕*
104.3 lb Lost so far: 47.8 lb.    Still to go: 2.9 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 0.8 lb a week
