I'm actually shocked...but really who was I kidding if you stick to a plan you get the results...I'm not perfect but I have been trying very hard to mark it all down...still need help on the activity. Increase the fluid intake and no one can stop me now...feelin' Great!! So, cause I stated my plan was calorie count it dosen't show the .1# I know what a ninny but it all counts right.....so I lost 6.5# not 6.4# ha ha 4.2% I likey!! Thanx for listening!

Way to stay with it! You didn't gain the weight overnight, so you can't expect overnight results in weight loss either. Keep at it - you're doing the right things to lose.
