No weight lost yesterday...oh well at least I didn't gain any back! Feeling very grumpy today, I am doing well on my diet but starting to crave some carbs bad. I won't cheat though, I can make it one more week :)
146.0 lb Lost so far: 6.0 lb.    Still to go: 16.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
