Went bike riding yesterday but not very long, my daughter was tired..I am watching what I eat but not so strictly. I am just trying to exercise when I can and just be more aware of what i eat and portion control. I don't think I am losing that much weight like the first week but I'm not gaining either.
131.0 lb Lost so far: 6.0 lb.    Still to go: 11.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 2.8 lb a week

I feel the same I am hovering gaining a tiny bit then back but not loosing we have to keep going!
