well 2 cheat days and i've gained 4lbs. i did't think i did too bad, but the scale says differently. as planned today i am switching to scarsdale. maybe 1 2wk cycle of that then an 11 day cycle of the plan i have been on. the one thing i am most proud of is the fact that i have been doing a pretty intense workout on the eliptical 5 days a week
160.0 lb Lost so far: 10.0 lb.    Still to go: 35.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

How come you were on your cheat days?? You were on day 2, May 31st- the day you had icecream. Hopefully Scarsdale works better for you.
