Been hovering 150-152 for a while now. Dipped below a couple of times but didn’t stick. Stopped tracking, may have to get back.
This frigid weather has me wanting to cuddle up with a bowl of pasta or yummy bread with my soup. I’ve been indulging too much.
Good news I am not seriously gaining but I need to break and move below 150.

You and me both! As strong as my urge to eat is right now, you'd think I was a cavewoman in dead of winter. I'm blowing through my herbal tea stash to curb the urges, now If only I could get tea bags in lasagna flavor, haha.
