Well I ate and drank this week and Tuesday night watching politics in Sparta WI with 12in pizza in front of me. The rest of the week pretty much stayed carnivore eating venison sausaage, smoked chicken and great Wisconsin cheese! If that gets me one pound down I’ll take it!
