Here's a TED talk on some of the benefits to exercise: http://bit.ly/2I3zNup
I can do it. No bread, potatoes, rice. Veggies, fruits. Fat free. High protein. Chicken with no skin. Shrimp, tuna, salmon. Beef. No carrots. 3 years ago I lost 27 pounds in 3 months. It was a lot of work - I focused on it daily.
Very simple formula, very difficult execution. I saw that video and I really have to start losing more weight each week to get into the 130's that is all there is.
Pep talks needed. Back then I had a trainer who pushed me every day and also cooked for me. Now, I am on my own although FS is a lot of support.
Thanks for listening, and thanks for sharing.

I guess you can't have mayo to help make that tuna go down or are there no fat options// lots of creative ways to add interest to your foods online.

I did look at what I ate last time I was losing and saw that I added chopped pickle and chopped artichoke hearts to the tuna. @baskington - I also had a friend who lived to be 92 who used to make salads for me with chopped lettuce, tomatoes, orange bits, shredded carrots, minced onion, maybe pineapple or apple if he had them. A little bit of salt and the salad was a perfect dressing for salmon.
