I'm in a slump. It's an "I don't care enough to try harder" slump. I have not been following the plan and it shows. Granted, at least this time it was only .2 lbs, but each tiny gain takes away from my total loss and I am creeping dangerously close back up to my WW goal weight (which I prefer to remain under). I am used to the ups and downs, and I know I will get back on track - it is just disheartening to know that I am undoing my hard work - and making myself work harder. Ah well... here's to a new week.
