一整個禮拜都調整飲食
終於下降回來
結果今天又爆走

早 體重48體脂24.1
晚 體重49體脂23.3
105.8 lb Lost so far: 46.3 lb.    Still to go: 4.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 0.2 lb a week
