Not eating that coleslaw and carrot salad on Monday may have broken my heart, but it most certainly did not stop my weight loss!! I am so glad I have been able to keep it up this long. Im gonna stay true to myself and my body by doing just what I was prescribed. Woot!!!!!
316.0 lb Lost so far: 14.0 lb.    Still to go: 117.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
