Went to the doctor today, weighed in, found out my scale at home weighs me at 3 lbs less than the doctor's... but I havent been entering my weight on here based on that, so its all good:)
325.0 lb Lost so far: 5.0 lb.    Still to go: 126.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Most people weigh more on the doctors scale. Just keep using your "official" scale that you weigh in on regularly. You can weigh something different on each scale you stand on.

Somehow my scale at home now weighs me the same as the one at the doctor's office. As far as I know nobody here has adjusted my scale... I was using the doctor's scale because I go weekly. But since I noticed the scales are the same the past 2 weeks, I'm using mine. =)

I haven't been to a doctor in forever so I don't know what I would weigh there but I am about the same at my house, my mother in laws, and work with my clothes on. Now in the mornings without clothes I am less & that is the weight I go by. :)
