Starting Week 8 today! Over the half way mark. Last week was kind of hard for me, I was very tired, regardless of the fact that I made it a point to go to bed at a reasonable time, for me. Thank goodness this is recovery week, I plan on taking full advantage of it. I'm going to add some running this week, if all goes well.
