On the roller coaster again... seems like the moment you start paying attention to your weight it just goes UP UP UP. Perfect. Stressed at work. Stressed at home. BUSY BUSY BUSY. It was a bad morning to wake up and find the scale tipping 200. ... I'm clueless how to change this cycle.
200.0 lb Lost so far: 19.0 lb.    Still to go: 46.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
