It's been a long year, and I've gained back almost all I had lost. I was down to 140 about a year ago, then I retired, started traveling and cooking, then we moved. I really want to get back on track, but motivation is low right now.
158.0 lb Lost so far: 2.0 lb.    Still to go: 18.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
gaining 0.2 lb a week
