yes, I am feeling good. working out most days, still keeping track of everything I eat, which is probably the best thing to keep me on track. I am eating healthy and don't feel like I am being deprived. Love learning about nutrition and fat loss. This app and web site make it so easy to track calories in and expended, can't imagine doing it so consistently without fatsecret. Thank you fat secret. so I am going to go eat my yummy breakfast, oatmeal cin. pancakes.
