TOday starts another week, and I have not done what I wanted to do. This week is new and will be better. So starting today I am 226.7# and by this time next week I hope to be closer to 221.0 Gotta find something to do today....Yoga mondays, Walking wednesdays, Shred with Jillian on Fridays! Sounds good (and order).
