Been working double shifts at work and have had time to eat healthy, but not much time for the exercise i need. I made myself cut hours at work as my boss knows i need the time for exercise to become healthier. Boss said alright and cut my time down an hour a day= 5 hours of more exercise a week. Don't want to lose the money, but can make the money up by not spending on things that i don't need or must have.
