It could be your body fluctuating with water weight. Don't get too upset about it, the body does weird things, but if you keep up the diet and exercise it will level out. Are you measuring your body in inches as well? I find that I lose inches when the scales are not my friend. The inches lost always makes me feel a little better about the number on the scales when it doesn't go where I want it to. Keep up the good work!

Sorry to hear you gained but I think the other commenters could be right about the water weight. I think the inches is a good idea, I should do that too!
