Day 10 -- WOW, one week into it, I lost weight and now my brain thinks my challenge is done. I have triumphed...a bunch of phewy! I have to work hard today to train my brain that this is lifelong, not weekly! My friend told me that today is dubbed 'waistline Wednesday'...concentrating on the waistline today, with exercise and posture!
