couldn't resist weighing in. glad there is progress guess I needed the confirmation. going to go work out. my hips were hurting this morning, ok now after loosening up.
183.5 lb Lost so far: 9.5 lb.    Still to go: 28.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Thanks for your nice comment on my journal. Congrats to you for getting going on your weight loss. I took about 14 months to lose 40 pounds, and another 6 months to lose another 5. Hang in there, and don't be discouraged when the scale doesn't give you the numbers you're looking for. It will eventually. Low carb worked for me, but whatever works for you.
