I had enough of the weight, the being out of breath, the struggling to do the simplest of things. My feet kill me because of my weight, I have thyroid problems accenuated by the weight, i often need an inhaler when walking a large distance or if its cold outside. I am tired of shopping in the 'big shops'. I hate my reflection in the mirror. I am confident until I look at the person in there. I have had it with the weight!!

I want to take back control. I WILL take back control. 2012 is going to see a healthier and thinner me. This time I WILL succeed!!! I have to!!!

I WILL SUCCEED!!!

YOU WILL SUCCEED! Health is one of the best motivators there is, and as long as you remember why you're here in the first place I have no doubt that you'll make some wonderful improvements that will make you feel better physically. Interestingly about a year ago I had just developed a thyroid problem myself, but when my thyroid function was tested last month they discovered that I've completely reversed it through the changes I've made in my life. Things like that make it totally worthwhile. I can't wait to be diet buddies! :D
