I'm not really surprised. I missed 2 workouts, and have been under a lot of stress this week. I also didn't get much sleep last night. I've been baking a wedding cake for today, which I still have to finish this morning. I have a big paper due Tuesday that I have made very little headway on. I hoped to just maintain, but that's how it goes. Next week might be similar. Grad school, eh?
