It's a LOSS! Good news. I'm still tracking my food in the WW app... And it's annoying me mostly. FS is much easier to use. I logged yesterday's food to compare calories to WW Points, which shows that I'm maintaining my RDI. It's just a different way of tracking.

As for my fitness development - I'm struggling. I ran twice last week... Last night I attempted a piyo video and pulled my 70lbs of kids on a bike for 15 mins. It's better than sitting on the couch, right?
189.4 lb Lost so far: 29.6 lb.    Still to go: 35.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I think I'll try PiYo this winter. I just finished hammer and chisel now doing body beast.
