Yes! Day one of my 30-day challenge was highly successful! I drank 110 oz of water, had no soda, completed both planks, went to Piloxing and completed 275 squats throughout the day! Also did excellent with my eating, and all the water helped me stay full and cut cravings. Feeling great today and ready to do it all over again!!
