Woohoo! I hovered between 167 & 170 lbs FOREVER! It's feels so good to finally go lower! I know my daily weight will still fluctuate, but I am so happy to see a 164, I've worked so hard for it. I feel like I'm finally making some progress. One thing that has encouraged me lately, is that I've started hiking with a few friends. They're in much better shape than I am, but they never make me feel bad about it, they only encourage me. Having friends that share fitness interest and healthy eating is wonderful(I haven't had that in a LONG time!). So about the hiking... I'm determined to get in better shape so I'll be able to hike longer AND make it up those steep trails without feeling like my heart will explode, lol!

Thanks you guys! Honestly, if it weren't for my FS friends, I don't think I would've made it this far. I love the encouragement and support we provide for each other. Makes me wish we all lived close by and could support each other in person! The friends I have made locally have been a huge help. I had no idea what an impact it would make on me, but it's really given me that extra "boost" that I needed.

Jessberry, congrats on doing so well. It is working for you, and you will be rewarded. take those hills a bit easy, but don't worry, your heart is amazing. Just monitor your Beats PM, I'm 65 and do 180 when in shape. I , not too long ago, could run kids into the ground. Then I hurt my knee. Hope I can get it back.

Love those hikes! We all need to get outdoors more. We were wired for fresh air and Mother Nature's nurture.
