I'm back on track...actually lost two pounds since getting back on track right after Christmas. Had my WW meeting last night. And...I start training for my first full marathon on Saturday. These two things should help me keep it off.

So, really I stopped doing the tracking in November- BEFORE Thanksgiving. The weight piled on- but no real regrets, I had fun and enjoyed partying. I'm thinking of that time as my "off season". Maybe next year, it won't bounce so high.
220.0 lb Lost so far: 8.0 lb.    Still to go: 80.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

Diet Calendar Entry for 06 January 2010:
1671 kcal Fat: 60.22g | Prot: 84.90g | Carb: 207.14g.   Breakfast: peanut butter, apple small, greek yogurt. Lunch: 2% milk, 6" turkey subway, subway apple. Dinner: mashed potatoes, field peas, spiral ham. Snacks/Other: krispy creme doughnut, trail mix, 100 calorie brach's. more...
