Ate good today, need to enter. Lot has happened since last journal entry. Room mate I was ranting about, died Sat. night. Think it was drug and alcohol, waiting for toxicology report. He had just turned 58 in Feb. I am going to start a partial program to change some meds around. I am grateful today for so many things. I have a awesome therapist helping to believe that I deserve to be happy. I will keep you all updated and hope you all stay positive. Thank you FS friends and buddies.
