Today is my birthday! I am 52 years old and in better shape than I was 10 years ago. Hallelujah! I'm still not where I want to be, but I'm working on it. So, at least I'm trying.
I went back to the Dietitian yesterday and have a new meal plan. And, since I've had 2 meetings this morning at work, I'm already behind on the eating schedule. I can't catch up, so I will just move forward. I get busy at work and forget to eat or drink. To allevitate this, I have set reminder alerts on my Outlook email.
I made some terrific turkey/vegetable soup for dinner. Lots of healthy stuff thrown into one pot! it was easy and delicious!
