Medium walk, 20 minute HIIT row, #57. I’m not doing anything for reaching 60 rows and it’s so close, goal is 90, haven’t decided what I’m doing for that, but I see it out there.
Stomach is a little wonky this morning, no biggie, but annoying. Might take a walk to the corner just before it gets warm.

I did Anja’s twenty minutes from Apple Fitness, episode 120, 12/25/23. Kicked my butt. Three pyramids at all out, which is 32 strokes a minute, with very little rest in between. It was good, and I was really tired after. 6.3 METs in twenty minutes, so close to a swim for me.
