so yesterdays weight was an estimate because i forgot to get a new battery for my scale. so offically my starting weight is 119.3kg
i also havent eaten well the past few days cos i didnt have time to do my diet grocery shopping so hoping this weekend and next week will go better. good thing is i work right close to a fruit and vegetable market and iv convinced my coworker to join me on a three week cleansing diet start my journey.
