Apparently I gained 2 lbs over night!, but for that I would of made my Month end Feb goal of 152. My new goal for the end of March is 150.lbs. I did lose an inch off my stomach though.
154.0 lb Lost so far: 8.0 lb.    Still to go: 25.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Always weigh yourself after a big dump and having no more than 1 cup of coffee or liquid. Do this every day to get a consistent weight measurement.

That's what I usually do. I weigh in as soon I get up. After the bathroom and before breakfast. The struggle marches on.
