I give up
212.7 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 18.7 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

You can do this, don't give up. I gave up at one time and now I'm working hard to get back to where I was. My only regret was giving up too soon. One day at a time, forget about past failures, move forward!

Do not give up on yourself. I believe this time I finally got my mind right after several attempts. You can do this. Try planning the night before what you will eat the next day and try your hardest everyday to stick to it; until you do stick to it. Yesterday I planned what I would eat for breakfast this morning and I recorded beforehand what I would eat in my dairy. After seeing it there, and studying it; I realized I could do better and I deleted one thing from breakfast; thereby saving unnecessary calories.
