Just putting this out there. I started getting a little addicted to this App., so I started entering my food either at the end of the day or the next day, while keeping in mind the good eating habits this App has taught me. I found I'm eating less? I'm snacking less, and I lost a few pounds as well. Has anyone else have had this experience?
155.5 lb Lost so far: 6.5 lb.    Still to go: 26.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Diet Calendar Entry for 26 November 2023:
1142 kcal Fat: 51.61g | Prot: 65.16g | Carb: 106.96g.   Breakfast: Kraft Cheez Whiz, White Bread. Lunch: Subway Lettuce, Light Mayonnaise, Flour Tortillas , Pink Salmon (Drained Solids, Canned). Dinner: Chicken or Turkey Vegetable Stew Type Soup, Hellmann's Light Mayonnaise, Kraft Cheese Slice, White Bread. Snacks/Other: Cracker Barrel Medium Cheddar Cheese, Grapes. more...
losing 1.2 lb a week

Not exactly this, but I def have noticed times I needed a little break from this app as I found myself mindlessly logging in and scrolling (something I used to do with social media which is why I stopped it). I also find at times I’m motivated by the food pics and other times it makes me hungry (when I’m not really).
