Day 3 of 17-day diet!
138.0 lb Lost so far: 1.2 lb.    Still to go: 6.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

1139 kcal Fat: 36.24g | Prot: 98.21g | Carb: 82.44g.   Breakfast: v8, pam, eggs, No Calorie Sweetener Packets, Coffee, Half and Half Cream. Lunch: Baby Carrots, Lighten Up Balsamic Vinagrette Dressing, Tomatoes, Iceberg Lettuce (Includes Crisphead Types), Tuna in Water (Canned). Dinner: Pinot Noir Wine, Rice Vinegar, squash, zucchini, salmon, edamame. Snacks/Other: Fuji Apples, plum, diet coke. more...
