172.8, ok just a small couple points down, but Hey, it is DOWN, I'll take it! I almost, almost went off my woe yesterday, I did eat more than I normally do and added a chicken thigh (which is not one of my woe foods), it tasted sooooo good. I had some cravings and almost went out to the store for some 'no-no' foods and there are some here that aren't on my woe plan, since my kids & grands and their friends are coming today for the Holiday weekend, but I didn't open any of those 'no-nos' for me, so I am soooo glad I did not stray from my plan. Now I will 'build' on last week, day by day to help keep on keeping on. Hope ALL is well in FS-Land & Take Care to ALL :-)
