I dug out an old aerobics tape and started doing it. The tape is 24 minutes of workout, and today I did 16 minutes of it. It’s hard. I was in my 20’s and 30’s when I did aerobics. I’m 58 now and move much slower. It’s Lean Legs with Joanie Greggains. I looked her up and I’m sad to find out she died last year at age 78. I did many workouts with her on my tv. Why don’t people do aerobics anymore? Is it what they call core workout now? I’m yo-yoing in weight, so I’m working out now,
199.4 lb Lost so far: 11.6 lb.    Still to go: 68.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
