Saturday, July 01, was a day the stars seemed to align. Good day at the gym with weights and cardio with hydration and protein drink. Energetic workout, increased weights while feeling minimal fatigue.
I have to thank my gym mentor for his guidance and encouragement to push myself for improvement.
It's a day to book mark and remember for those bad days when nothing is going right and wonder if i ever will get back on track.
It's good to put a W in the win column and enjoy the moment..
