Another LOSS! Happy Tuesday to me! I'm in a rush today & can't chat for long... I just want to say that I LOVE feeling sexy! I LOVE the results that I see weekly from my jogging program!
178.0 lb Lost so far: 41.0 lb.    Still to go: 24.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 2.2 lb a week
