Just goined this team. Are there rules? Like the place I used before tried to insist that we ate what they considered sufficient. I'm eating a new way, and losing a lot.but mostly raw vegetables which don't use much calories bt also enough protein and water. fast now but not usually 1600caroiea. Will that be a problem here?
