Doing ok maintaining my weight. I've been back to work for the week. I think I picked up a stomach flu bug though as I had a couple of rough evenings. Good thing I mananged to be ok at work and the problems were at home. My stomach is still rolling today but maybe it's because of lack of movement like I was getting while at home recovering from my surgery. My 4 year old son has been sick this week too. He had a sore throat on Monday which we found out was strep throat. He likes the taste of the medicine but then complains his stomach is sore. And now he has a cough, which fortunately is not holding him back and he sleeps through the night but now daddy is concerned. I tried telling DH that these colds take time to get over. With our son just starting school this year, he is exposure to a whole new world of viruses and infections. He just has to build up an immunity to it just like he did when he was a baby going to daycare.
Anyway, helping out my parents' farm tomorrow, hanging with the in laws Sat evening and maybe going to the Royal Agricultural Winter Fair in Toronto on Sunday.
